The following terms and conditions are in addition to those already provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges incurred in connection with a return are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Paddington Hardware.
Change of mind returns will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any problems.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or custom products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund has approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@paddingtonhardware.com.au.
