Shipping & Handling
Most of our products have a 3-5 business day handling time, but this can vary depending on the product. We will endeavor to advise if the handling time falls outside of this expectation. If unsure, please call or contact us.
We offer a flat rate $10 on most orders which are typically sent with Australia Post eParcel. Tracking information will be emailed once available.
Please note that if you are unable to check out with the shipping option, it is because one or more of your items are not covered by our flat rate shipping charge. Please utilise the add to quote feature so that we can provide you with a custom quote on shipping.
In-store Pickup
Although we endeavor to pick your order ASAP, please allow 24 hours. We will text or email you once the order is ready to be collected.
Add to Quote
This feature allows us to provide custom freight quotes on bulky items. if you are unable to check out with the shipping option, it is because one or more of your items are not covered by our flat rate shipping charge.
Most products are not able to be purchased if inventory levels are zero. If that is the case, please use the “add to quote” feature so that we can provide an update on price and availability.
